Dr. Saria Gebeily
Integrative Medicine Practitioner · Crisis Coach · Cultural Healer
Dr. Saria Gebeily is a transformative voice in integrative medicine and trauma-informed coaching. With a background bridging clinical science, intuitive care, and cultural intelligence, she offers a rare depth of guidance to those navigating chronic illness, identity shifts, emotional crises, and societal rupture. Her practice is rooted in both evidence-based training and lived experience, held in a space of deep listening, innovation, and reverence.
Saria’s academic journey spans a Doctorate in Dental Surgery with specialization in Oral Pathology, a Bachelor’s in Life Sciences and Biochemistry, and a Global Health Certificate in Trauma and Recovery from Harvard University. She is certified in trauma-informed coaching, crisis intervention, and polyvagal-informed healing. Her methods are enriched by over 15 years of experience in healing, emotional regulation, leadership development, and mental health advocacy.
A pivotal moment in her life came during her MFA studies at the School of Visual Arts in New York. When her mother was diagnosed with ALS, Saria returned to Lebanon amidst political unrest, economic collapse, and collective grief. That intimate time of care, loss, and reconnection to ancestral land reshaped her understanding of presence, healing, and the sacred architecture of crisis.
From this foundation, she developed her “Health in Balance” philosophy: an integrative framework that explores the interplay of body, mind, spirit, environment, and purpose. Her clients include professionals in transition, leaders at the edge of burnout, families navigating end-of-life journeys, and individuals rebuilding their identities after trauma.
Dr. Saria’s practice is anchored in three guiding philosophies:
- Sisu – a Finnish principle of resilience through adversity.
- Wabi-Sabi – the Japanese embrace of imperfection and transience.
- Ikigai – a journey toward meaningful, purpose-filled living.
Her initiatives—such as Kids of Today, Well-doing for Well-being, and Little Infinities—aim to foster intergenerational resilience, emotional intelligence, and cultural repair. Through her Maison de Résonance, she creates containers for clients to rest, rethink, and reinhabit their lives.
Fluent in English, French, and Lebanese, with working proficiency in Arabic and conversational Italian and Spanish, she moves fluidly across geographies and contexts, meeting individuals where they are—with discipline, warmth, and unwavering presence.
Whether supporting personal growth or collective healing, Dr. Saria holds space not for performance—but for becoming. Her work is not just about care—it’s about remembering who we are when we are fully alive.
I am not afraid of Dentists anymore! I learned to regulate my other emotions too.
